2004 Jaguar X-Type 3.0 AWD sport rims in Duarte, California

I have a xxxx Jaguar X-type as stated in the title.
It has a little over 135,100 miles. I'm trying to sell it, because i took it for an oil change to pepboys and they messed it up and refuse to fix it.
They over tightened the oil pan plug and overfilled the oil which damaged my oil pump. About two weeks ago, the engine began to make the dreaded rod knock noise. I drove it to work and back for two days. It died on the freeway on the way home. 
I'm not a mechanic, but i know a lot about cars. I'm pretty sure it has a spun bearing. The engine stopped after the rod knock got excessively louder just on the ride home which is only 15miles. I have not tried turning it on, but i'm ready to get rid of it. Make me an offer and i'll provide pics to any interested parties.
 
I'm thinking $650 will make me happy. I got an offer at the junk yard, but they've lied to me before. So let's try this classifieds website and see what happens.
 
Oh, it's black color with a sunroof. Paint has faded from sun damage, but it's not severe. I took it for a polish  shine and wax a few months ago and it looked like a normal paint job on top. The polish and wax is gone now. Put some time into the engine and the car will be fine.
